Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return window for all Mackintosh outerwear and apparel, provided items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every handcrafted piece from our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original Mackintosh packaging, ensuring all protective tissue and garment bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
